His background spans geology, environmental compliance, EHS leadership, sustainability, and innovation leadership — a mix that gives him both strategic range and real-world practicality. Over time, he found that the work he loved most was helping people navigate uncertainty, uncover opportunities, and turn ideas into action.
After leading innovation inside a large global industrial packaging company, Geoffrey saw that many of the tools used to drive growth and solve tough problems in large organizations were simply out of reach for most SMBs. ZenoForge was built to change that.
